If a NEW unused and unworn item is defective upon receipt or is non-repairable, please contact us within 3 business days at info.pinkdragonjewels.com to request in store credit in the form of a promo code. Request must be made within 3 business days.
Note: Some issues are not eligible for a refund:
- Normal wear and tear of an item is not eligible for a refund.
- Open O-rings or loss of adhesive are not eligible for refund. These issues can be easily repaired with minimal effort using a needle nose pliers and/or jeweler’s glue (E-6000 is what I use and can be purchased at any local craft or grocery store).
- Changing your mind about an item after it has been paid for or shipped is not eligible for a refund.
